Context: Content Strategy & Design System on Website
The project required a redesign of the digital experience. At that time, it didn’t exist on the website as a responsive experience. Therefore, also lacked usability, all the content needed understanding and consideration as a part of the big picture. In this huge initiative, I collaborated with developers, marketers, project managers, UX designers, UX researchers and service designers and very close marketing and TI team.
Assessment
As a part of the Design Team, we applied the methodology of design thinking or double diamond to identify the opportunities according to the deadline.
Analysis
We classify the experiences in order of their main goal of business and this help to facilitate the card sorting.
Definition
With all the information, We started to have a structure where we showed the benefits, and the value proposition for the business, product and users.
Content & Design system
Thinking at scalable and consistent experience, we built the bases for our design system even atomic design. This will facilitate a solid and agile design in the future.
Results in mobile
Mobile first, was always our beginning, then we can adapt to another devices, platforms that we need.
